| Sta-Clean Antifreeze
has a special formula that creates a mechanical and electrochemical
barrier, which retards heavy metal leaching into the coolant.
Lab analysis of the heavy metal content after over 600,000 miles
of use (maintained as directed) were under allowable limits
for most sewer disposal: Iron<0.2 ppm, Copper<0.2 ppm,
Aluminum<1 ppm, Lead<5 ppm, Zinc<0.2 ppm, and Tin<5
ppm. Check with local authorities for disposal regulations.

miles of use without draining. Thus reducing the number of antifreeze

1. For best results, drain and flush
the present antifreeze mixture. Clean the system with Sta-Clean
RC to begin the coolant treatment program with the cleanest
radiator possible.
2. Add the appropriate amount of Sta-Clean Antifreeze with water
according to the freeze protection chart for the freeze level
desired. |

A Detroit Diesel 8V92T engine was
run on a dynomometer for one hour at full horsepower (432 HP)
with 8% Sta-Clean Antifreeze poured directly in the crankcase.
(1/2 to 1% of Ethylene Glycol in the oil causes rapid bearing
failure resulting in the shutdown of the engine.) Wear on the
bearings was absolutely normal when the engine was torn down.(View

| Check Sta-Clean BNT's
efficiency level at regular maintenance intervals, using BNT
Test Strips. Use of test strips as directed on the package maintains
approximately 1500 ppm of Nitrite. This regulates the corrosion
protection and extends the life of Sta-Clean Antifreeze for
longer periods. Maintained as directed, test fleets have experienced
over 800,000 miles without draining. |

Do not use EG hydrometer concentration
testers. Freeze test strips are available wherever Sta-Clean
is purchased PG/EG Refractometers are also available.
